You might be wondering what to do for your first dance class!
We’ve created this checklist to make it easy!
- Put on tights without wearing underwear. Dance tights have a cotton liner so you don’t have to wear anything underneath!
- Leotard goes over tights.
- Secure hair/pull back hair, and if long enough, put it into a bun.
- Wear coverup or coat over uniform.
- Bring all dance shoes and put your name in all dance shoes!
- Younger students taking ballet (Movement, R. Movement) don’t need to bring anything else to class other than themselves and shoes!
That’s it! It’s that simple!
Oh, another thing, we don’t recommend drying tights or leotards. You can air fluff them or just hang dry! Dance shoes are not to be worn outside.
